Innopark

This ingenious workspace sprawling over 8,500 sqft disintegrates the stereotypical design definition of an ‘office space’.

Completed over February to September 2019, the workspace’s identity is a stated crossover between Industrial & Zen design. With a capacity to accommodate more than 90 individuals, the office’s layout facilitates employees across hierarchies to collaborate & communicate in various dedicated zones of the space.

A Zen garden, cafeteria with an Amphitheatre-style section, nooks in front of cabins & expansive conference rooms act as quintessential pockets in which interaction is maximized via design. A raw Industrial look overrules the spaces & has been punctuated with Zen elements, modern-functional furniture, greenery & a neutral color palette of grey, blue & white across areas. The cafeteria packs in a punch of color with mint floors & wall segments that build on the minimal & casual ambience of the zone.

Retrograde cement-finish flooring, exposed metal finishes, fenestrated partitions, oversized dome lights, true exposed ceilings, large duct networks & custom art sourced from Varsha Patra are the design leitmotifs in the space.

Innopark is a workspace that truly unshackles itself from the conventional set of design norms of an office with a neoteric approach for today’s workforce.
